strictly confidential. We do not share personally
identifiable information with other companies or persons.
Also, our parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, or
entities to which any of our assets, products, sites or
operations may be transferred, will be able to use
personal information. We will also disclose information we
maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in
response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal
obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's
request, or in special cases when we have reason to
believe that disclosing this information is necessary to
identify, contact or bring legal action against someone
who may be causing injury to or interference with (either
intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
UCS collects information regarding client credit history
in order to pursue the dispute of inaccurate, negative,
obsolete, or misrepresented information on the client’s
behalf. We collect information using credit reports, as
permissible by the agreement for services.
SECURITY
We use every reasonable precaution to protect
technical information and files on our customers.
Sensitive information such as payment information, credit
reports, social security numbers, names, etc. are kept
secure. Access to all aspects of customer information is
restricted. Only authorized representatives of UCS have
access to and use of personal information, in conjunction
with the terms of service. All servers, databases, and
storage of information is kept in a secure environment.
UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If personal identifiable information which you have
submitted to us changes, we provide a way to correct or
update your personal data: you may either contact Client
Services or submit changes via email to
info@unitedcreditsource.com, or submit changes through
your personal, private website account with UCS.
