How you will receive account updates
UCS is committed in keeping open communication with
you. Credit Representatives will keep in touch by both
phone and email on a regular basis. If you do not have
email access, we will stay in touch by phone and regular
mail. If there are elements on your credit file that your
attention needs to be drawn to, you will be contacted in
order to discuss those items.
In addition, you will receive access to a private, secure
website that is personalized just for you and available
for viewing information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in
relation to the work we are doing on your account.

Credit Representatives are available by phone Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. We
also have an email address in which you can email anything
in at any time of the day! Our email policy is a 24-hour
response time-frame, so with all of these forms of
communication, you can rest assured that any questions or
concerns you may have will be immediately taken care of
